Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. has an opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join their Litigation/TIPS practice. The role involves significant case handling responsibility and direct client interaction, with a focus on developing strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
Responsibilities
- Have an immediate opportunity for significant case handling responsibility
- Direct interaction with clients
- Manage a caseload as the lead attorney
- Receive mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm
Skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong oral advocacy skills
- 1-3 years of prior litigation experience
- Current membership with the South Carolina Bar
- Motivated
- Highly organized
- Ability to manage a caseload as the lead attorney
