Inside Sales Representative

Swissbit AG is the leading European manufacturer of storage, security, and embedded IoT solutions for demanding applications. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive business growth by qualifying and developing new leads, managing sales opportunities, and serving as the first point of contact for international customers.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and develop inbound/outbound leads and manage a growing pipeline to achieve or exceed booking targets
• Prepare accurate customer quotes based on pricing, product configurations
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries quickly and professionally while building strong, trust-based relationships
• Collaborate with Regional Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, and Quality to ensure customer needs are met and information flows smoothly
• Understand customer challenges and coordinate internal resources to propose effective solutions
• Process and manage customer purchase orders with accuracy and maintain all interactions in the CRM system
• Support business development activities, identify new opportunities, and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Skills

• BA/BS Degree in business or relevant subject, with 1–3 years' experience in an international environment
• Intelligent and resourceful problem solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative team player who works effectively with colleagues, customers, and partners
• Curious mindset — asks insightful questions and seeks to understand the 'why'
• Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator (verbal, written, and visual)
• Proven track record of success paired with humility, empathy, and active listening
