Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. As a remote customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, as well as making gate announcements and ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for their journey.

  • Owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the perfect adventure documentation.
  • Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some luggage weighing up to 70 pounds.
  • Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
  • Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
  • Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight, and the possibility of working between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on seniority.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States. You will also need to have proficiency in English, strong verbal and written communication skills, and primary digital literacy. Additionally, you will need to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a customer service assessment.
