Remote Executive Assistant Seeking college educated, US based former educators to apply their organizational and administrative skills learned in the classroom to the business arena. We are a Bozeman, Montana, based small business that places World-Class Remote Executive Assistants with Small Business Owners. We desire to place and coach excellent Executive Assistants (EAs) who enjoy their jobs and love to come alongside and support their clients' missions. A contract with Dunzo includes onboarding and coaching. We match EAs and clients based on personality and strengths. There may be a short wait while a ‘best fit’ EA-Client match is found. It is our goal for both Business Owners and Executive Assistants to:

  • Work in their wheelhouse;
  • Enjoy what they do;
  • Be well taken care of.

Job Type: This is a part-time (quarter- to half-time), remote,1099 contract. Compensation: $21/hr. Flexible Schedule. Referral Program. Availability: You will be responsible for corresponding with your client within 2 hours of their outreach Mondays-Fridays between 8am and 4pm (in your client's local timezone). You are free to work on tasks whenever it is convenient for you, as long as you meet (or beat) your client's desired timeline. You must also be available for client meetings during business hours as needed and agreed upon. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in any field. Location: Must be an American citizen living in America. This contract is remote, work from home. Skills Needed: Good communication and resourcefulness are a must. The most important thing will be honesty—we need to know where your strengths and weaknesses lie so we can set you up with the type of business that needs your particular strengths. Educators are very well suited to this contract.

  • General Admin (Draft Documents / Proofread / Research)
  • Maintain Calendar / Scheduling
  • Maintain Files / Assets / Data Entry etc.
  • Manage Communications (Emails / Texts / Etc)
  • Manage Meetings (Invite / Create Agenda / Document / Keep Attendees on Task / Follow-up)
  • Manage Social Media(Posts / Messages / Comments / Reviews)
  • Optimize Time - Personal Tasks (Shopping / Food Delivery / Travel)
  • Optimize Customer Experience (Gifts / Cards / Communication)
  • Employee Appreciation (Organize Lunches / Gifts / Cards)
  • Managing Finances(Expense Tracking / Bookkeeping / Payroll / Invoicing)
  • Copywriting (Write or Edit Blog Posts / Emails / Newsletters)

We do not expect our contractors to be masters in each of these areas. We are looking for people who possess some or most of these abilities, are teachable, and think this sounds like fun. :) Each business we work with will have a completely different set of needs/desires for how they spend their time with their EA. A potential Client's needs and desires will be presented to you, and you can accept or reject the pairing. We use AI every day — but we hire people, not prompts.
