The work involvesresponsibilities such as maintaining the Java support library, integrating new libraries, solution customization, and building automation aroundprocesses.What You’ll Need To DoDesign Java solutions for modernizing legacy applicationsProblem solving, including helping othersWrite well designed, testable codeDeliver solutions within the fast-paced project lifecycle.Spend most of the time on technical/coding activities, occasionally some team coaching activities.Development is done mostly on Windows machines, and CTU is built on eclipsePreferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional Expertise7+ years' experience of Java DevelopmentExperience with Java libraries (Spring Framework, Guava, Apache Commons, Guice / Dependency Injection, JPA)Good SQL / ORM/ Relational Databases knowledgeMVS / COBOL / JCLPractical skills in CI/CD - some of Git, Maven, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, JiraGood command of Test-Driven DevelopmentPreferred Technical And Professional ExperienceCloud /KubernetesPerformance TuningCompilation technologies / ANTLR / XText
