Job Summary:

As an Experienced Full Stack Email and Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through email and chat interactions. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints, update customer accounts, and provide solutions to complex problems. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of customer issues, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable one.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review support requests and clarify customer complaints through email and chat interactions

  • Determine the cause of problems and provide solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Update customer accounts and records according to customer issues and preferences
  • Communicate with the team and other departments to resolve complex problems and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Expedite corrections or adjustments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Recognize, document, and alert managers of trends and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experiences
  • Provide on-the-job training for new employees and coordinate with merchant affiliate networks to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Extend valued member bonuses in cases of Cash Back denials and follow up to ensure resolutions

Minimum Requirements:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent required

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred, with a focus on email and chat interactions
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software preferable
  • Customer service experience in the high-tech/internet industry preferred

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Working knowledge of computer systems, email programs, and internet navigation

  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient problem-solving ability
  • Strong word processing and typing skills (50 WPM or higher)
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Accuracy with language and numbers
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Persistence, determination, and a firm but friendly manner

Preferred Qualifications:

* 55+ WPM typing speed

  • Bank or Teller Experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Any retail background
  • Any experience working for an internet-based company

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00 per hour
