Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Associate - Work From Home, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders proficiently, ensuring accuracy and meeting demanding deadlines
  • Processing incoming paper orders from both consumer and Corporate Sales Division in a timely manner
  • Managing incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards
  • Monitoring and maintaining business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources
  • Processing Fax and email orders
  • Maintaining excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking skills to meet the demands of the Corporate Sales Division
  • Typing 35 wpm or more
  • Proven demonstrated knowledge of navigation Micro-Soft Programs, including Excel
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Familiarity with blithequark's products and services
