Sr Project Coordinator (Remote)

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will join the Strategic Project Management Office to help coordinate high profile, cross functional projects across the business. The projects you will help support include; expand Smartsheet's operations to new market locations, M&A due diligence and integration activities, Smartsheet's ESG program and other operational projects as they arise. You will report to our Senior Operations Program Manager located in our Edinburgh office. You Will:

  • Support successful execution of strategic cross-functional projects related to global expansion, mergers, acquisitions, new markets, operational effectiveness, and partnerships
  • Coordinate project team activities and deadlines, resources and information, and manage scheduling across project team and partners
  • Prepare progress and planning documentation, including project scope, project plans and dashboards
  • Liaison with company leaders, partners, and other internal and external parties
  • You will, research and prepare materials for legal, corporate development, board of directors, and other audiences
  • Oversee routine processes and assignments, working independently on them with little to no oversight
  • Support other duties as assigned

You Have:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in an operational role
  • Working knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals and Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Experience using scheduling technologies, such as Google Calendar and Outlook
  • Experience creating visual aids, including presentations, flowcharts, dashboards, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
