Now, you’re probably wondering a little more about what we are looking for, so here it is:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Required
• Master’s Degree – Preferred
• CFA – Preferred, willingness to obtain required
• 3+ Years of Investment Management Experience – Preferred
• Public Company Analysis/Modeling/Valuation Experience – Required
• Prior Stock Selection Experience – Preferred
• Basic knowledge of stock selection
• Basic knowledge of asset allocation and diversification
• Basic knowledge of ETF selection
• Proficient with Morningstar Direct - Preferred
• Proficient skill in MS Excel
• Advanced skill in time-management
• Advanced skill in multi-tasking
• Basic ability to relay and clearly communicate investment information to a broad audience with varying levels of investment expertise

Want some more specifics? Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Present ideas and supporting documents for investment selection into Gradient Portfolios
• Monitor existing holdings for updates on business operations and outlook
• Understand and relay pertinent information on individual stocks to make investment decisions
• Understand and relay sector drivers to make investment decisions
• Develop investment thesis across several asset classes, including stocks, bonds, and alternatives
• Manage internal and external customer relationships; partner with team members to ensure and maintain positive relationship management
• Assist with cross-training for growth of team members
• Be a resource to team members to answer questions on client correspondence, processes, procedures and all other as necessary
• Provide direct correspondence and support for FSP inquires, including calls, emails and face-to-face; assist team members with elevated inquires
• All other duties as assigned
