Staff Accountant

General Responsibilities: The principal responsibilities of the Staff Accountant include:

• Invoicing, with accuracy and attention to detail
• Documentation of all invoicing processes
• Manage special projects from Controller/CFO; create a blueprint and appropriate timeline
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve all financial related issues and partner with other departments when needed to resolve
• Contribute, as needed, with quarterly and annual balance sheet reconciliations and audits
• Customer service - strong interpersonal skills to interact with multiple partners, internal corporate employees, and the field
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements
• Provide financial and administrative support as assigned

Experience:

• Minimum three years progressive accounting / invoicing experience.
