Job Description- 3rd Shift (3pm-2am) We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the documentation and logistics of our automated production line. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities + Document and log mistakes made in production processes. + Fix paper jams and ensure the smooth operation of machinery. + Utilize a lifting pulley system to move materials. + Operate and monitor automated paper pressing system lines. Essential Skills + Experience with hand tools and general labor tasks. + Proficiency in documentation control and communication skills. + Understanding and adherence to safety procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb, bend, and stand for long periods. + Capability to wear PPE such as gloves, steel toe shoes, and respirators. + Strong reading, writing, comprehension, and instruction retention skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
