The Role

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Temporary) - Remote Opportunity, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client service consistent with blithequark standards and practices. Your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment, resolving issues related to employee benefits, and processing documents. You will also be expected to maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment

  • Resolve issues related to employee benefits, including researching customer problems and processing documents
  • Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

* High school graduate

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Nice to Have:

* Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

  • Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
  • Call center experience
