Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in active communication with customers from the outset, including onboarding, follow-up calls, and regular check-ins to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, support, and value through our innovative KI-gestützten Lösungen.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as contract renewals and Net Promoter Scores to gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of project plans for implementations and process optimizations, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our customer success strategies.
  • Create high-quality documents, SOPs, and Customer Journey Playbooks to standardize processes and ensure best practices are shared across the team.
  • Provide support for basic customer inquiries and proactive customer care, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Recent graduates or students in their final semester, preferably with a background in Business Administration, Communications, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Basic experience with KI technologies and the ability to communicate their benefits to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with a preference for structured communication and regular video calls.
  • Technical aptitude, with the ability to understand complex systems and leverage tools to improve processes.
  • Interest in CRM systems, automation, and digital customer communication, with a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
  • High customer orientation and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in German and solid English skills, enabling effective communication with our diverse customer base.
