The Role

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries, address concerns, and provide personalized solutions. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to empathize and problem-solve, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

* Answering customer calls professionally, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner

  • Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and personalized service
  • Providing customers with clear explanations of blithequark's service standards, policies, and procedures
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction
  • Routing inbound calls to the most suitable resources, ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and guidance as needed
  • Completing call notes and call reports in our CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of customer interactions
  • Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to handle and document complaints and inquiries effectively
  • Recording details of customer comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, providing valuable insights for process improvement
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
  • Previous sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy industry
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with proper grammar and tone
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in escalated situations, providing empathetic and professional support to customers
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, but not required
