As a key member of our operations support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and technical expertise to drive success.

Job Summary:

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, report compilation, filing, copying, faxing, and reconciling. You'll work closely with various departments to maintain excellent communication and ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities:

* Enter daily work orders into systems with accuracy and efficiency

  • Assemble and reconcile reports, ensuring timely and precise delivery
  • Perform various clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other tasks as assigned
  • Maintain excellent communication with various departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment

  • 1 year of office clerk experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering precise and timely results
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various departments and stakeholders
  • Experience in recycling would be beneficial, but not necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its features and functions

  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and applications
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies and systems

Physical Demands:

* Ability to organize various office systems, including adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding, for the purpose of proper records development and/or management

  • Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time

Compensation and Benefits:
