Program Manager

As we expand our AI Center of Competence, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Program Manager to help our clients elevate their businesses with AI solutions. This role is pivotal in processing incoming client requests, preparing business proposals, and initiating new machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) projects. 

Client Engagement: 

• Process requests from new clients and collaborate with them to define project scope 
• Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and business objectives 
• Communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner to clients with varying levels of technical expertise  

Proposal Development: 

• Prepare comprehensive business proposals  
• Collaborate with internal resource centers to ensure that the proposals align with organizational capabilities and client expectations  

Project Management: 

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during the initial phases of projects  
• Collaborate with internal teams, including architects and stakeholders, to design AI solutions that effectively address client business problems. Ensure team alignment by clearly communicating solution designs and business goals, enabling smooth project execution and client satisfaction
• Coordinate internal AI adoption and R&D projects 

Competence Development: 

• Consolidate and enhance expertise, knowledge, and solutions within the company in ML and AI  
• Identify and address competence areas gaps, taking the lead to address them 

• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management within the software development industry 
• At least 1 year of experience working with ML and AI solutions (preferably with Generative AI)  
• Ability to conceptualize and design technical solutions at a high level  
• Understanding of AI applications and their limitations  
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships during project initiation  
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive, can-do attitude  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Fluency in English
