WE ARE LOOKING FOR A REMOTE DIVISIONAL CLINICAL ASSOCIATE (MUST HAVE A COMPACT RN LICENSE) TO SUPPORT ONE OF OUR MEDICARE-CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH REGIONS!!!

Position: Divisional Clinical Associate, RN

100% REMOTE, availability to work in MST preferred but not required.

Qualifications include

• Must have a current Compact RN license in good standing.
• Minimum two years recent and verifiable clinical experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency.
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Experience with clinical oversight (including OASIS and ICD-9 Coding), HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) workflow management, monitoring quality. assurance, and overall case management highly preferred.
• Excellent work ethic with demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities.
• Solid communication and PC skills. 
• Ability to work in MST hours preferred.
• This position will mainly support offices in AZ. 
• This position will also support offices in CO, NV, MO and HI as needed.
