As a Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their objectives by providing top-notch support to their customers via online chat.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
  • Providing in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our clients' sales and marketing strategies
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive industry

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience (although not required)
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements

In addition to the qualifications outlined above, you will be required to:

  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
  • Possess a strong ability to learn and retain new information, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
