Recruitment Consultant

Emerald Zebra, Cyprus leading recruitment agency for fintech, tech, finance, and iGaming sectors, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in Cyprus. 

What We Are Looking For

• Proven 360 Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment from candidate sourcing to candidate placements.
• Client Relationship Excellence: A track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering the right talent and insights.
• Results-Oriented: Consistent history of successful placements, with a keen ability to source and onboard new business to matching high-caliber candidates with leading organizations.
• Essential: Fintech, Tech, Financial Services or iGaming sector recruitment experience. Must have prior experience hiring to one or more of these sectors.
• Fluent English, Greek desirable.
• Education: Graduate level.  Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority. 
• An enquiring analytical mindset.
• Methodical and systematic in work approach.
• Excellent sales ability.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Articulate, confident communicator and presenter.
• Assertive and persuasive.
• Self-motivated with good teamwork skills.
• Strong values and ethics.
• Attention to detail

Remote Work Flexibility: This role is fully remote; however, you must be based in Cyprus.
