Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist – Online Support Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with clients, union members, and internal teams to provide exceptional support experiences. Your daily activities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to establish consultations and conduct discussions with clients and union members
• Utilizing simple computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and documentation
• Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support experiences

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calling, email, and chat support

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and union members
• Conduct consultations and discussions to understand client needs and preferences
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation using simple computer knowledge
• Participate in quality assurance checks to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support experiences

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
