Recruiting Operations Assistant
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, New York, USA
Client Time zone: Eastern Time (US)
Conduct data enrichment activities within the company's candidate management system
Research and update candidate contact information including phone numbers and current employment details
Review resumes and profiles to identify qualified candidates, particularly in accounting and finance roles
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and current candidate records
Support the recruiting team by ensuring database integrity and completeness
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
Ability to recognize qualified candidates from resume reviews (particularly accounting professionals)
Previous recruiting or sourcing experience preferred but not required
Proficiency with database management and research tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
