Middle Manual QA Engineer

Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join its innovative team.

We are working on a healthcare product — we developed from scratch a multilayer, web-based platform, built on the basis of microservice architecture which supports numerous integrations with external web services and third-party applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and participate in documentation reviews

• Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists)

• Writing training materials for the client and their team.

• Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing

• Collaborate closely with developers, product manager, and designers

• Reproduce and report bugs clearly; follow up on issues

• Contribute to QA process improvements (e.g., test documentation, process optimization)

Requirements

Must-have

• 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA on web/mobile projects

• Solid experience in test design: writing test cases, checklists, and bug reports

• Strong understanding of bug life cycle and SDLC

• Hands-on experience with bug tracking systems (Atlassian set)

• Experience testing REST APIs (using Postman, Swagger, or similar)

• Good understanding of client-server architecture

• Strong SQL knowledge — ability to write complex queries involving JOINs, filtering, aggregation, etc.

• Experience with regression, smoke, and exploratory testing

• Experience working in Scrum / Agile teams

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

• Understanding of CI/CD processes

• Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zebrunner, etc.)

• Experience with mobile testing (iOS / Android)

• English — B1+
