Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience
  • Utilizing blithequark's chat platform to assist customers with orders, returns, and product inquiries, and providing solutions to their concerns
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and accurate support, and staying informed about blithequark's products, policies, and services
  • Providing support to customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in live chat customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Familiarity with blithequark's platform and customer service policies, with a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of live chat interactions, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
  • Proficiency in using live chat support tools, with experience in using platforms such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
