Role Overview

As our Freelance Creative Director, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing weekly video ads that captivate audiences. You'll work closely with a small team of amateur actors, guiding them to create authentic and engaging content that aligns with our realistic, mobile-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Vision:
  • Understand and effectively communicate the nature and style of our video concepts
  • Discuss and develop video concepts, layouts, and potential locations
  • Guide the creative process to align with the realistic, mobile-first approach of our ads
• Talent Sourcing and Management:
  • Identify, recruit, and manage amateur actors who can deliver authentic self-filmed content
  • Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure videos meet creative expectations
• Project Oversight:
  • Review actor submissions for quality and alignment with briefs
  • Collaborate with the editing team to ensure final videos are polished and ready for distribution
