Responsibilities
As a Remote Executive Recruiter with our company, your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and Delivering High-Qualified Candidates: Recruiting and delivering high-qualified candidates using internal CRM, market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Creating and Using Recruiting and Voicemail Scripts: Creating and using recruiting and voicemail scripts during calls, to ensure that you are effectively communicating with candidates and clients.
- Cold and Warm Calling: Cold and warm calling prospective candidates to introduce them to opportunities that are currently available with our clients.
- Qualifying and Aligning Candidates: Qualifying and aligning candidates with opportunities for which they are qualified and a "best fit" for the opening.
- Pre-Closing and Closing Candidates: Continually pre-closing and closing the candidate on the opportunity for which they are being presented.
- Creating and Managing Weekly Reports: Creating and managing weekly reports on candidates who are actively interviewing, to ensure that you are effectively tracking progress and meeting goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 3+ Years of Agency Recruiting Experience: 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting, with a strong understanding of the industry and the skills and qualifications required to succeed.
- Cold Calling Experience: Experience with cold calling, with a strong ability to engage with C-suite professionals in the building materials industry.
- Strong Phone Presence: A strong phone presence, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.
- Time Management Skills: Strong time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
