As a Maintenance Mechanic on the 3rd shift, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment, and be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future.

About the Role

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to balance your time between our remote office and home, allowing you to work in a setting that suits your needs. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll report to the Maintenance Manager and be responsible for:

• Rebuilding, repairing, and replacing necessary parts to ensure production equipment functions safely and efficiently
• Maintaining production equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on all machines and equipment to ensure proper operation
• Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure production requirements are met

You'll be working on the 3rd shift, from 11:15p to 7:45a, Sunday to Thursday, and will be an integral part of our team that's committed to achieving excellence in everything we do.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or GED
• 2 years of post-secondary technical training or 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Forklift certification (we'll provide training to obtain certification if needed)
• The ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions

While prior manufacturing experience is not required, it's considered an asset. We're looking for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
