Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients, helping them manage their time, and freeing up their schedules to focus on high-priority tasks.

Responsibilities

As an Executive Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
  • Scheduling and managing multiple calendars, and coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as transcribing dictation, creating correspondence, editing documents, responding to emails, filing documents, and more
  • Researching and assisting in special projects as needed, including market research, creating presentations, and addressing employee administrative tasks
  • Booking travel and accommodations, including making hotel and restaurant reservations, booking flights and cars, and more
  • CRM Admin work, including data entry, data management, and contact list management
  • Preparing customer spreadsheets and keeping online records
  • Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact
  • Monitoring the Company's Social media accounts and designing and managing Social media Advertising campaigns to align with business goals

Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, working remotely with various departments of an organization or business
  • Bachelor's Degree and experience working remotely preferred
  • Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent computer skills, including comfort working with MS Office, Excel (Vlookup), and G Suite applications
  • Detail-oriented and outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar), and experience with Canava
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

Job Timings

We're looking for candidates who can work flexible hours, including evening shifts from 3 pm - 12 am or 6 pm - 3 am, Monday to Friday.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 4-5 LPA.
