This role is ideal for individuals who have a love for travel and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to Finnish-speaking passengers seeking assistance with their airline needs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through multiple channels like phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist passengers with various inquiries including flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline services, policies, and industry developments to offer accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for travel and a desire to assist customers in creating positive experiences.
