Job Description:

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end implementation of healthcare registry systems including GWTG Stroke, NSQIP, and various other registries
• Manage implementation of Arizona-specific registry requirements and state compliance initiatives
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical staff, IT developers, data analysts, and compliance team
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

Healthcare Registry Expertise

• Collaborate with clinical teams to understand registry data requirements and workflows
• Manage data validation, quality assurance, and reporting processes as a project manager
• Coordinate with external registry organizations for certification and auditing (if needed)
• Support training initiatives for clinical staff on registry data collection

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and clinical stakeholders
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external registry organizations
• Present project status updates to executive leadership and steering committees
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations

Scrum Master Duties

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Coach development teams on Agile methodologies and best practices
• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure team productivity
• Maintain product backlogs and sprint backlogs in collaboration with product owners
• Foster continuous improvement of culture within development teams
• Ensure adherence to Scrum framework while adapting to healthcare regulatory requirements
