• Use internal systems to track issues, escalate technical problems, and log customer interactions.

• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.

• Adhere to performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback.

🎓 Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

💼 Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industries.

🕒 Working Hours

• Full-time role with flexible shifts between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST, including weekends and holidays.

• Rotating schedule to accommodate time zones and global customer needs.
