Ideal for those just out of college, looking for a career change or pursuing a second career. As a Benefits Advisor you will have the opportunity to manage your own time and schedule while building and managing your clients. Day to Day Responsibilities:- Connect with business owners and key decisions makers for benefits, to determine which benefits programs would best fit their organization.- Support client on an on-going basis What you bring to the table:- Strong desire to help people- Self-Starter who can manage their own time What we bring to the table:- A brand that more that 90% of the population knows- Competitive commissions & vested lifetime renewals- Sales coaches and mentors to help as you build your business- Professional orientation, training, and certifications- Management opportunities for qualified candidates
